🚚 Processing Times
We’re currently experiencing a high volume of orders, so please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Once shipped, your parcel should arrive within 2–5 business days. This means products may take up to 8 working days to arrive.
If it’s been more than 8 business days since you placed your order and your parcel hasn’t arrived, please get in touch.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
📮 UK Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery (Evri) 3 working days for processing, 2-5 working days for shipping.
- If you would prefer items to be shipped with Yodel/Royal Mail, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- In the event that Evri does not deliver to your area, a suitable alternative will be selected. This will usually be Yodel or Royal Mail, however, this is subject to availability.
Free delivery may be offered during promotions or for orders over a certain amount, this is at the discretion of Scoopsie Surprise.

🎁 Mystery Scoop Orders
Because our products are part of a lucky dip-style experience, each order is packed uniquely and cannot be replicated. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order — we cannot reship or refund lost items due to incorrect address entries.
📬 Delivery Issues or Delays
Evri aims to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or seasonal demand. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 8 working days of dispatch, please contact us at scoopsiesurprise@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
❗ Missed or Returned Deliveries
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we can resend it once additional postage has been paid. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for unclaimed items.
