12. Mystery Scoop Product Disclaimer

At Scoopsie Surprise, our products are sold as part of a “mystery scoop” experience. Items are selected at random using a large scoop filled with decorative beads, where each bead represents a different product (e.g., a pink heart may represent a scrunchie, a blue star may represent a keyring, etc.). The scoop determines the contents of your box, and as such, no specific items are guaranteed. Each order is completely unique, and all selections are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the random nature of this process and understand that returns based on personal preferences or unmet item expectations cannot be accepted, unless the product is faulty.
